Dislikes: Work-life balance can be good or bad based on the industry or division. Also, management decisions can seem bureaucratic at times.
Likes: I like working with the U.S. team at Siemens Ltd, as I get to learn from their professionalism, which has helped improve my involvement and technical growth. Their expertise and approach have been invaluable in enhancing my skills and overall performance.
Dislikes: I dislike the long working hours at Siemens Ltd, as I often had to work 14 to 16 hours a day due to the heavy workload. Additionally, the company required employees to come into the office and didn’t offer permanent work-from-home options, which made it much harder to maintain a healthy work-life balance
