Very low hikes, the way southern people are favored (one of the reasons why I left), no market correction for the salaries offered and promotions policies are different for each person irregardless of the knowledge possessed by the individual, stagnant and very old tech stack (no change in the stack unless it's the new generation), did not feel safe to expose my true identity even though there are pride 'celebrations'....Read More
