The organisation is purely non-profit motive trust. It facilitates so many scholorships to its students & staff. It's truely innovative but growth and skills development is not possible for the new employees because here are aided employees are transferred to Government organisations.

There is less growth opportunities.

Work Details

Even I have skills regarding accounting I work regarding accounting very less than 20% and perform various non-accounting works more than 80%.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
