Started with this company as an operations management trainee, got placed from campus interview. Package was good but as this company was in its initial stage, after the death of founder, this company totally collapsed. Management was totally bad, everybody started to switch immediately, no responsibilities taken by major designation holders. Overall, total loss for employees in terms of money as salary for last 3 months not paid, also case has been filed with NCLT. No proper experience as a fresher or experienced person in this company.
