I would like to share my experience here work culture is very smooth, specially I don't like their management system. As per the policies they don't give salary on time.

Dislikes

Officials are doing misbehave with you. Always they gives you order as like they are your boss. They don't give salary on time. Job security is very low on this company

It's worst experience in my life

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
