Working here was full of learning, management is a bit old fashioned but the Operation Head appointed was great to handle all kind of situation.

Very pathetic selection of process call you from 5o to 60 kilometres away from your home and then they just reject you by saying profile doesn't match without taking the interview with the concern department. If the profile is not match then why they called the candidate for interview. No Coordination of the HR department with theconcern department.
