- HR department is too conservative in their approach, need to be a little flexible - no work from home policy; alternative working Saturday's - decision making takes a lot of time due to involvement of multiple stakeholders, leading to slower pace work culture which gets frustrating sometimes

Company culture is very cool.All management is very fair with employees.very fast growing companybenifts like new mobile bill,Loan, educational financial help,provide on some conditions.

Dislikes

Leave policy is very bad.SAP system is very poor.and also Company do not provide Medical insurance to their employees.Food charges completely on employees.
