Dislikes

The work environment is terrible. Its pathetic. No fixed date of recieving salary.No tranparency between management and teachers. Its just the show off which is at its best. Nothing else. Not at all the 'workplace' to work.

I worked at the punjabi bagh branch. So can review about that branch only. Awesome:) team mates. The company is open to innovation and thus always welcome new suggestion. It works on latest technology.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
