Work life balance is perfect. In this company job security is very high and also this organisation is very open and transparent. This is one of the best organisation to work with.

Autonomy and independence in work. Work Life Balance is also fine. Moreover it has given right profile fitment according to my skills and abilities. The growth opportunities are good as well.

Dislikes

People orientation is not good. Also company's continuity is in question.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
