Colleagues are supportive and one can develop the problem solving skills by his own steps. You can have a good learning experience. There's no cheap politics played by superiors.

Dislikes

Hike is not decent enough and career growth is too slow. Now a days no training programmes conducted for new joinees. Top management is never ready to look up the issues of Frontline officers.

Personally I've involved with my work. Great learning experience for me in every way. Initially I was struggled a lot but everyone among the colleagues are cheered me up to sustain the level for a long time.
