If u are late to join office any day u can ping msg and mail , and same day emergency leave approve but for back office team u can't take leave more thAn 2 days ,we can't manage work from home ,company don't provide laptop for easily work

If have you have strong connection only then you will get promoted other wise you have to work on same salary. A branch team leader in my working duration, worked 8 year at 25000 salary only. Just because of management's political nature. Work environment is not good for employees, Work time is not fixed.

No work life balance, even Sundays and festivals are working days too. Less salary. Too much of unwanted meetings and meaningless calls from the team leaders and higher othorities. Multitasking is the another headache . Have to work for too many products for single salary and never ask about incentives , they don't provide , they only promise the incentives in interview .
