This company is good and Average. I love the facts that I am a part of the Team and which team works collectively.

Dislikes

Growth rate is very slow.Sometime I have worked (14-18) hours , but there is no job security.

When I joined SEPC under Mr. U. Banerjee, Regional Director, it was a small set up but ambience was very nice. Mr. Banerjee himself made it 700 manpower strength co. ( Including all sites) from 4 (when I joined that time it was 4 manpower co. Including me). We all felt that SEPC was our dearest family and we all just like family members. I miss a lot. And I'll miss SEPC till death.

Dislikes

But when Mr. Banerjee was replaced since then ambience deteriorating and specially who were recruited by Mr. Banerjee those were humiliated a lot. I don't want to say any negative word about SEPC because SEPC is still in my heart. I love SEPC

Work Details

I enjoyed my work throughout and that was because time to time who so ever was my boss, fortunately, all were very good towards me. I never ever felt like, before going to bed, OMG again tomorrow morning I've to go office. No, Never.

It's a really superb Company, we were all friends, family members. We often called it Shriram EPC family. I consider myself blessed to work with SHRIRAM

Dislikes

Increment letters were given openly especially I felt bad when someone didn't get increment for their under rated performance. My opinion is, not to down anyone. Every one deserves respect

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
