I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Nothing is here to be liked. In the beginning management shows proper work flow, best management they provide, after sometime they shows there real face. At the time of appraisal they are totally busy with unnecessary things and delayed the appraisal of employees. And they provide appraisal of 5-8% of salary.
