Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

People happily work much harder when they feel that their work is appreciated. At SRMPS I felt that all my achievements were appreciated and rewarded. So, I say that SRMPS is one of the employee friendly company.

Good work environment. The teachers really work here as a team. The support from the admin staff is also good. Salary is paid according to the govt norms.

SRMPS school believes in teamwork. Our colleagues are from different states with different cultural backgrounds which facilitate our growth as well as students. Our school is open to ideas and gives space and respect to our freedom to our teaching styles.

If you want your child to get a good education in Lucknow then Shri Ramswaroop Memorial Public School is your best option. At one of the top schools in Lucknow, your child will get care at home. My younger daughter is in standard 9 and her math was very weak. But the credit to the school, it is showing good improvement after my parents requested it during PTM.

It's a reputed organization with plenty of good people working here. A few years back it was as good as a government job and still, it's better to be here. Better than many organizations in the same line.
