The person can learn about latest technologies with time. The staff works do excellent job in the wards. Job security is good. Collegues behaviour and hospital environment is very good.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. Work load is high in some areas. Duty shifts are managed according to needs of hospital. More strength is required to handle the patients work.

Work Details

Sometimes its very hectic as due to more addmissions in wards, and due to double shift (very rarely) but the staff is very cooperative. The good thing is about security. Time to time you can learn new things through seminars, classes, etc.

SRMS is a best medical college in UP and learning skill is very high and traveling facility for patients and staff, high level Doctor team available any time, good patients care by staff.

Job security is not sure, safety, and high workload but salary not sufficient
