There are good work environment and culture. All employees are teammates, supportive and the management is transparent. There is a best cafeteria gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good and annual appraisal report are prepared increament of salary . Good salary and other allowance given and bonuy every year.

Dislikes

There are a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Our salary is decent but career growth is slow. We can't give resign without one month notice period.
