Familiar Teaching Staff..

Dislikes

Workload, 7 hours duty, management pressure, top level did not respect teachers, and one of the lady supervisor who sits in a office .. She doesn't have sense how to talk with teachers... Her communication was very poor...

Work Details

It was good exp over there..I worked only 3 months but the environment of mgmnt was not so good. Heavy workload of lectures on teachers.. Hectic time table schedule given to the professors. Gpm trustee and principal ma'am work hard for the organization.

Its good to work here for fresher they provide equal salary system for all . U can learn all types of work from office work and professor work as u need to do alll.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
