Working culture is too bad. They never satisfied with your work done. Employee policy is zero. Only running company with business policies. There are only paid leaves, no extra leaves provided. Deduction of late coming even for 2-3 minutes but they expect to work till 7:30 to 8:00 PM. Actual time is 9:30 to 7:00. You can't talk freely with your staff mates, all day monitoring with cameras feels like you are in jail. I think jail is too better than it. They will provide you a job easily But taking security deposit of 2-3 month's salary with 2 year bond, after 4-6 month they will give mentally torture, Hense you will give region and lost your deposit as well as current month salary.
