Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

They didn't make any support to employees. Not a single or half payment not given by them to any employees. And there is not any job security.

Shri enterprise company is good for freshers.Freshers can develop their our skills .There were handled all Data in Execel as well as There tough new skills very well ..but payment was so low and average...by the way of growing this company is good.

Dislikes

Payment is not fixed .. Job timing is not fixed. There were payment not spend on end of month ... sometimes they spend after two months..
