I worked at shri balaji hospital, their culture, behavior and time management is so good. And all are polite and humble nature. 👌

Dislikes

As per my observation. All the nursing staff and patient they depend on one ward boy of their floor. Most of the time nursing staff and patient call at the same time. So that situation freeze the mind of ward boy. We must take care of patient and we have to listen nursing staff also they both are important. It's very confuse situation to what should we do. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
