Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Seriously nothing. Time pass

1. There are no projects with them .. 2 somehow running the company with some tricks And chits 3. Sometimes need to beg for salary. So will get 5 to 10% salary what they offered in letter. Some months no salary.. 4 we can learn how to sit idle for long time 5. Not reliable place 6. Beware fraud people
