Good working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. Struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to improve myself.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
