Teammates are good, training are available for new employee, and job security are very poor career growth are so gods salary are sufficient

The Company is good and teammates are good and helpful But job security is nil every day problems create for work and not appreciate for work staff

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
