Before joining, management ready for everything but after that company management start internal politics and they do everything for their benifits. Now this company acquired by Persistent Systems Limited but in Noida office all management from Shree Infosoft pvt. Ltd. Now the management have more powerful. Now some are promoted as a Technical Project Manager but they are not technically qualified but they show how much they are technical. It's been almost 2 years working at Shree. The management is excellent, especially the way they handled the COVID19 situation, providing work from home to every employee with adequate infra facility and salary on time.
