Employ problems not consider why a employee resign from scl. Providing opportunities in scl if former employee required job so must consider that type employees which never joined other industries.

Many things. I tell you one thing for who are all opting shree cement don't opt bcoz you will suffer in future. They are removing you at any time without any reason. Management has don't think to employee welfare. One thing I realised shree cement now a days falling because they treat employee like watch dogs. And there is no job security.
