Many things. I tell you one thing for who are all opting shree cement don't opt bcoz you will suffer in future. They are removing you at any time without any reason. Management has don't think to employee welfare. One thing I realised shree cement now a days falling because they treat employee like watch dogs. And there is no job security. Pls don't choose this company.

Company is ambitious and has long term planning and the various PAN India projects are either running or in pipeline.

Management treats you like a working machine, HR policies is also not clear, although they have mentioned the 5 day week but you have to come to office all seven days from dawn to dusk. Overtime is routine for them after. joining this company forget your family, friends, goals and studies. Joining experience is also horrible. The company has a job security and works like a Lala company so you won't get professional environment here. However the most staff is of local vicinity and friendly.

Dislikes

Favouring bosses favourites people. People are promoted/Given appraisal not by their work but by being close to boss. Mostly relative. People are selected even before interview due to jack/acquaintances with seniors.. The interview is just for formality. People doing more work are given more work and people not doing work are being paid handsomely.
