My Career In Shree Cement is Very Good, I got a lot of Opportunity and Growth, I got Good Growth but in terms of Salary Increment its not satisfactory. Shree Cement is a Growing Company, you get a lot of opportunity to learn and grow.

Work Details

My work is very challenging and demanding I joined as a Senior Manager in Karnataka Unit I got promoted as Assistant Manager and Transferred to Jharkhand Unit as In charge of RMP dept. that all happen within my Probation Period.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
