Nothing much which I can say standsout and is not there in any other company

Mandatory six-day work weeks with no option for work from home. Inadequate leave policy without provision for leave encashment. Business experiencing a decline without a strategic planin place. Several senior-level employees have departed in the past four months. Deductions from fixed salaries occur without explanation or consultation with employees, with HR backing this practice without justification. Adoption of a hire-and-fire approach to employment. Uncertain Directions: Ever-Shifting Business Plans Lack Necessary Support for Success. Excessive promises to merchants and inadequate follow-through in delivery. It appears they're facing challenges securing funding from investors, and the current funds may not last much longer. Product is not scalable. HR resorts to despicable and spurious gimmicks at the cost of company and managements reputation....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
