I am working with shoppers stop last 4.8 year.THAT TIME SHOPPERS CULTURE WAS VERY GOOD AND EMPLOYEE Friendly.overal my experiences isEmployees are very friendly & helpfull.

Upper class management has no heart for the CCA and floor staff.there are lots of lobby

The company is very suitable for a new comer who wants to gain some experience in retail along with some new method implementation in retail industries. But job response, target and stable environment is very tough to manage.

Dislikes

They expecting from their employee to grow unreasonable target achivment.

Work Details

Good and friendly environment till the job stability after you are your own and if you not merge your thinking with management you have to quit or they presurise you to quit.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
