I have been associated with SHM since past 7 years i can guarantee the work culture compared to any other company related to the marine industries is far more better in terms of ethics and professionalism.

Dislikes

The only negative side of working with SHM is and everyone in my team will agree to me is the distance i have to travel everyday. I live in suburbs and my office being in south Mumbai the travelling to cumbersome.

The culture is very godd and work experience is excellent. If you are a fresher then this company is best for gaining knowledge which will help you in carrer growth. It's a great experience I am having at this company right now. HR team is very supportive.

Bosses treat employees like donkeys. Very Very Bad Location. All Accounts been mis managed. No hand over process. No cleanliness in office premises, During Rainy season, Gutter water flows on the road side causing water logging, Employee need to walk through Dirty Water.
