Main thing I love about the company is that - they are true to their promises, transparent behaviour with employees. Employees are always encourage to come up with ideas how company can be better at what they are doing. They are committed to provide best work environment they can provide. Best work culture among the IT industry. Love working here!

Dislikes

Nothing major I can come up with but hiring process and project management can be better and I know company is trying their best to make it better.

I am working as senior developer here and since beginning I am given chance to work on challenging tasks which I have completed and I am loving it. I am given chance to improve my knowledge and share my knowledge among team-members.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
