Learning for trainees is very good and support from teams. Work culture is good.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2 years in which ten percent salary deduction per month. Appraisal are un fair &not good salary hike.

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
