It is Trading based company and the company mainly deal in Export of Capital Goods and Plant & Machinery along with its Parts and Accessories. I like to work because It is systematic company and follow rules and regulation and team management is Very Good.

Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The Work Pressure is very high and sometime i have work after office time. Management do not value of that time and work pressure and never appreciate by my management.

Work Details

Mainly my work is depend on documentation like Pre and Post documents.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
