Nothing, they only source the candidates who had been away from their job either for career break or not in job because of any reason and hire them on one third of their past remuneration.

Dislikes

As stated above that they hire the experienced people on very less CTC and treat them badly. Mostly their So Called Head of the department are very inexperienced people like Operations, Administration, Human Resource, Legal, IT , basically who are sitting in Noida are not the leaders and does not have the people management skills. The culture is very bad and driven by "Ghar Ki Management". No problem in Ghar ki Management, but if they would want to grow, they should change in their thought process of utilising the people for getting their work done and then leave them afterwards. They should hire true leaders from the industry and sack their existing heads who are fail to maintain the culture of the organization...Read More
