Dislikes

Sometimes I feel some pressure but now all profiles are going separately (as other commercial banks), and I hope in coming time we can focus more after this excercise. Hiring of the new comers are also a big problem, because most of the pupil join our organisation for taking experience and move some other banks within 1 or 2 years.

Work Details

I have been working with Shivalik more than 4 years as Branch Head . I am responsible for growth of branch in all respect ( business/ smooth functioning of branch/good and excellent customer dealing). During my tenure in branch the attrition is low.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
