I think after development , proper time should be allotted for Testing /Staging and Production at least 1 week. I mean weekly weekly build should be go, if staging passed issue.

Seniors are so clever they do not want to loose their dependency. they make you feel that you are dumb but they are insecure for their job , specially my senior uses cheap word like ch#tiya , haramkhor, lallu, bc 3. Worst company to work in. Can tell you anytime to exit. You can’t go to washroom or eat anything, CEO has no work except being on camera and watching on employees. He doesn’t want anyone to leave their chair and do overtime without any break. He even doesn’t care about women employees proper sanitation and talks about periods publicly.
