Work ambience is worst.... People are not supporting at all... It is kind of a school or we can say a Jail... There is no logic in the work process.... Rather than realistic things they believe in unrealistic numbers nd expectations... Sorry to say this but I would never recommend this organisation to work or to start as a career option...🙏

Everything. There team leaders and managers are so shit and management doesn't make action at all even you complain or drop mail regards to the same.They make you wait even after office hours and no over time pay was given.

Work environment is average not so good or so bad. Job security is there. Management are supportive but if u are not performing then they pressurized on you and one day you will left the Company. Company policies are not so much strict but you can't join your competitors at least for 3 years. There is no cafeteria we have to do lunch at our own desk. Ulternate Saturday off.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No PF No CL Paid leaves applicable once you complete 6th month in the Company. No PL encashment No mediclaim policy at the time of joining

There is lot of challenges I face during working with the company also that challenges gives me a strength and I realize what I can do in my life. I can say for freshers it's a good company to learn regarding technology.

They are not giving appraisals even you work hard and technical teams appraisal decisions are taken by sales team jead which is not proper. They are not giving any medical facility, no pf cutting and onpy 3 months maternity leave and if you qiit after matetnity they will not give you experience letter. In 4 uears just given 1 appraisal even worked very hard and same time giving best performance gift but at time of appraisal telling your performance is poor🤣 They expect you should answer there each call on sundays too...Read More

Shivaami is an excellent organisation to work with. They support their employees. They value their employees. Here salary is always on time. Have facilities like PF, medical insurance facility. Excellent work culture. Everything is top notch.
