The independent decision making along with scope of learning new subjects is vast and supported by excellent senior team from civil & mechanical engineering backgrounds.

Dislikes

The business communication internal needs to be refined and should be limited to respective team only and not for overall organization.

Work Details

Responsibile for entire business operation and taking care of departments such as Purchase, vendor management, Marketing, branding and legal compliance

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
