Company is very good for training as they allow juniors to have a hands on experience on machines. Job security is good and career growth prospective is much higher than other companies in the same field. Salary as compared to Indian companies is at par with the others but if compared to foreign companies is much lesser than what u can get in out of India based employers in the same field.

Dislikes

Salary is much lesser than that provided by the foreign shipping companies.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
