We work in teamwork.we learn a lot during working .job security in shipping Corporate are negative.career are nil.salary are poor as per ITF environment are good all officers and crew as friendly work together.work life balance are average.So

Sometimes crews are torching by the offices and Master . there is no job security in Sci.Career are nil in this company.and salary are very poor as per ITF.there are huge politics among office and crew.work balance are not good.

It's good warking in shipping corporation of India previous time nowadays it's terrible due to new company credit policy shortest of crew and not giving employment to exiting crew

Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
