The way management deal with their employees is very good. Because of the type of the business makes little the job heavy. good office environment and culture. who want to grow their skills and working strategies SHIPDESK SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is very good company, where new employees can innovation and analytical skills and mainly self motivation and team culture.

Dislikes

Company may con't be afford big and expected benefits or incentives if you are looking for that.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
