SHINI plastic technology is good place to work and to develop your skills. Company is paying 70-80% of payment during lockdown period also and supporting their employees. Companies M.D. Mr. J.N. Bhat is personally taking care of all employees by calling or messaging them. Companies environment is very friendly to work, all staff is very good and supportive.

Dislikes

Working hours for service Engineer are not fixed, service people have to work on holidays aslo in some cases. If you work in company as sells or service engineer then your job location may not be fixed, you'll have to travel anywhere in India. If you are living with your family in cities like Pune, Bombay then sells and Service job at SHINI may get you in trouble.

Work Details

I work at SHINI as a service engineer. Our company manufacturers auxillary machines required with injection molding and blow moulding. My work is to install these machines at coustmer's site, if any repair work is needed then I do that also.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
