Easy to work here. Constant and fool proof reporting skill is all you need to work here. Need not have in depth knowledge of anything as the bosses also know nothing in depth of local laws and rules of the land. The Japs get flattered with just an excel report and it’s so damn easy to swim here.

Dislikes

Management is very conservative and narrow minded. They get all top executives from Japan. Indian employees have limited scope to grow to the top level. There is a Jap sitting on the head of all Indian employees, even if that Jap comes with 3-5 years of work experience, he will sit on the head of an Indian with 15 years of experience.
