nothing... this company is not good for WFH employees

everything, there is no transparency of process.. the WFH is just for name sake, they keep you on contract so that you can be thrown out anytime even if its not your fault an no proper training is provided, you have to ask for everything and then they claim you are not aware about anything.

I like the environment, the colleagues and the healthy culture the organisation maintains. Most importantly it’s a realistic target oriented organisation so it would be easier for you to work on targets.

Dislikes

The exit management is really poor, they really need to work towards it. The decision of employees leaving your organisation should be respected and should not treat them wrong.

In the peak it’s expected to come to office on Saturday’s also, there is nothing called off- season in Shiksha.com. The good thing is if you work well and your performance is seen then there’s hardly anyone pointing.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
