There are many benefits of working in Shikhar. The first advantage is that Shikhar is a family and secondly the seniors here help each other and take them forward.

Dislikes

Shikhar Company is a best company, there is no such problem in it which may cause problem in our work and we do not like it, there is nothing like that.

Compensation is not good.. Incentive is bad.. Company do not pay Incentive at time. Travel claim is not on time.

I was working 6.5 years in this organisation . There is good environmental cultur and good deceplain all staff hard working with honesty good salary and taking good benefits like Appraisal.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
