They provide good theoretical knowledge during the Internship program

They don’t do what they promised before joining. They asked me to pay 7k before joining in the name of materials and software access which is necessary during training, which was never used later. They don’t pay stipend that easily. They gave only 4k for 3 months of my internship saying you did score 90% during your training. But their per month scale is from 3k to 15k. Wasted my 7k into this training. They are earning money in the name of resources which will never ever be used. I am Doing an internship in Shiash infotech. Sorry to say this I don't know What there is to like about in Shiash info tech. The internship is terrible. Only good think about this Internship is the certificate that they are giving, Yet idk that this Certificate would be good or not to my career

I want to say that The internship is Terrible idk what to do now. The culture is worse. I went there for learning and that was abysmal. The mentor is behavior is also not good. See although we are an intern still we need to be respected. and I here we cannot expect that. If you have some time to kill and need a Certificate you canjoin this internship. Also the worst thing is that they wont give you the stipend that they say they would ad also they wont give you the career placement that they say they would. I don't know about Shiash Info solutions directly. But I applied through this page. They called me over phone and interviewed me,and told to attend zoom meeting. In the meeting they said so many things but in the end they said we had to pay 2000Rs for some course modules, after completing it they would provide internship.

No real company asks their interns/employees to pay anything. So, Whenever someone asks money for a job, it is completely fake. I face these type of offers and got fooled.

It's waste of time and money to join here as a intern. Totally they are money minded and provide false assurance to students regarding stipend and job. They collect Rs. 5000 as project fee and say they'll return it as stipend and place u in job. But they won't.
