Growth factor is on the lower side. Salaries are always delayed almost after 15 or sometimes it's after 18 of the months. This is specifically on the JV projects. Revenue generation is stream lined but hr policies are not stream lined they will say something else at the time of selection and execution part will be totally different.As I said, the environment and infra is extremely good for work place but in some places like pantries, toilets are unhygienic and seriously they do not bother at all after multiple complaints.
