Its a good managment and a day school it has an excelent studies and each and every child have an opportunities to get their visions and dreams true and also to realise what their hobbies are but as a working teacher i can say that the salary is good but the position i want to be in is I'm not satisfied with it because i have already asked for the higher clases but they dint give me .....

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
