Teaching was Pain there as teachers aren't trusted there. Management relative's kids studying at school are given priority even if they make mistake and behave bad with teachers and same goes with the parents, it doesn't bother them if parents behave rude with teachers ! Pure dictatorship is what is going on there. About Corona Support they have chucked out few teachers right before Corona Spread predicting the Consequences to save money. In this secular indian country some specific religion people are appreciated and given more growth at school even if they aren't worth who belong to the management and Chief's community. No Career Growth & Opportunities, No Job Security, No Proper Resources for teaching, Talented Teachers are treated as Morons and on the basis of what community they belong specific mass are given hike and growth irrespective of their knowledge and skills.
