Shemaroo entertainment, although one of the old production houses since the 1960's or so, the working environment here is pathetic. Hygienically the building gets 1 out of 10. The people carrying an unfriendly, gossiping, and never can see you achieving attitude. The management is super poor, especially the HR who doest not know what is supposed to do and when. The operations manager, the TLs were avg in terms of atiitude and guiding through the doubts you may have at work. Here you are limited to learn n work or come with an innovative idea in regards to editing a movie. If we come out with an idea or a concept then it is either credited as the idea of the higher management or it is not even accepted. The salary here of an editor is as the salaries of housekeeping dept of any other corporate. This is no hyperbole statement.
